EVERYBODY HAS A PRICE
What’s my Price?
Have you ever asked yourself that question?
We all have a price, you know?
Christians can relate more, for some pieces of silver, Christ was sold. Maybe not at the right price but Judas saved his life via that. Even Peter denied this same man during daylight. You might say it was destined to happen as the Bible recorded but literally, these two men did so to get their lives saved. Maybe they were mean, that you might say but ain’t that you judging in a jiffy ? We see things differently until when you are inside the box.
The thought of being betrayed or led into deceit by our inner circles and loved ones is much disheartening but really a lot will have happened behind scene. Although, the after effect of this might be heartbreak, loss of bond and even letting the person down. But the true reality to this is that we all have been guilty of this. My realization with time is that loyalty can be tested and you’d can be disappointed by one You truly trust but maybe it could be loyalty being sold out at the best possible price.
Now here is the twist to the story in Christ’s betrayal, Peter reconciled afterwards and Judas condemned himself. Peter accepted his wrong doings even though he did that to save himself and he still was forgiven. The other never thought that so deep, so he quickly condemned himself. Narrow this down to forgiveness, our realization that a price has to be paid by everyone and we could be the medium for exchange, then forgiveness should come easily.
I hope you pick the moral of whatever it is I am driving at. Don’t let betrayal nor disappointment let you down because even with the right terms or a critical condition you in, you also could sell out those you claim to love.
In essence, let’s all live, love, forgive and accommodate every wrong. We all are guilty of different happenings and all keep it in mind That everyone has a Price and at the Right Price, you might be the Medium of Exchange.
On my Mind it is.
